National Network

In the country of Croatia all of the University and County hospitals (27 of them in 18 cities) are connected in dial-up teleradiology and telepathology networks. All CT, MRI modalities and pathology departments are equipped with Issa Stand Alone or Issa network systems. In day-to-day use, patient examination records, primary diagnoses, second opinions, and consultations travel across the network for the benefit of patients, doctors and hospital management. A filmless environment with coordinated treatment and transportation result in significant savings of patient’s and health care provider’s money.
