Cytology and Morphometry

Morphometry, i.e. measurement and calculations of morphometric values of objects on images has been a "hot" area of research in both cytology and pathology. To address the requirements in this area, Vams Tec has developed a SForm application, a lean and powerful system for image analysis. Capable of performing both spatial and densitometric measurements, hierarchical calculations on objects and many other features, SForm became a well-known tool among Croatian clinical cytologists.

Data measured in SForm can easily be exported to any spreadsheet application for further statistical analysis.
